ELSA is a San Francisco-based startup founded in 2015. It debuted at SXSW in March 2016, where it won the SXSWedu launch competition. ELSA is an A.I.-assisted language learning platform that teaches people how to speak English. We now have 4 million users from 101 countries. In Feb 2019, Gradient Ventures – Google’s AI fund became Elsa’s strategic investor in Series A funding. Vietnam is a key market with more than 3 million users, and will continue growing exponentially.

What do you do?

• Work with Brand Marketing team to conduct conceptual exploration, establish directions and design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of such directions through production.
• Execute end-to-end marketing design strategy for multiple touch points based on brand guidelines
• Work harmoniously with Brand Marketing team to develop visual designs that effectively communicate product functions and brand identity through social posts, social ads, presentations, e-books, web layouts, videos, etc.
• Follow brand standards and actively develop graphic standards.
• Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams, under supervision of Brand Marketing team, to creatively deliver marketing-related outcomes

What do you need?

1. Professional Experience:

• Proven work experience, preferably 2+ years, with a track record in Visual Designing. This includes, but not limited to, 2D graphics, websites  design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or other relevant field
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative
• Strong skills in ideating and conceptualizing
• Creative and strategic thinking capability
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Native Vietnamese with English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing
